Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt. If 7 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Most of our items are of intimate nature and do have close skin contact and as such, we need to be fair and firm with our return policy.

We do not accept returns or refund on waist trainers as they are undergarments and have close skin contact. But we do offer exchange in accordance with our exchange policy. We simply ask when you receive your product you try it on over a camisole. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for more than 5-10 min are considered worn and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be free of markings or stretched out marks. The item should also be in the original packaging with original tags attached. Items that clearly show signs of wear or stretched out will not be accepted. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is your order number.

Product(s) returned which do not meet to the above requirements will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting a returned item(s)

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we’re unable to facilitate exchanges due to frequent changes in stock levels/product selling out - if you require a different size, colour or alternative item(s), exchange as soon as possible and it only be done if the item you wish to exchange is available.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  (such as detox tea ) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all QUEENS FITNESS packing and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


We don't offer any form of cash refund, refunds are only by store credits or by an exchange.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will email you with a store credit, which is valid for a year.
