International Duties & Taxes

For all countries, outside of the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes. 

Order Cancellations 

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you have placed it.

To ensure your security and to prevent fraud, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. You may receive an email from us asking to verify your address and card information.  If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Updating Orders

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they instantly start processing. 

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Processing Times

Most orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday. 

Sales Items

Please note all sale items are final and no refunds, store credits or exchanges can be made for these. In the case a sale item is returned to us for refund, the return will not be processed and you will be liable for any shipping costs on the return back to you.

Pre-orders 

Items available for pre-order will be shown on the product page with the expected ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be taken up front. Pre orders items ca not be cancelled as they have been made according to your order. 

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received. 

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we suggest placing a separate order for each.
